The 2011 Guinness Book of World Records: Gamers Edition recently released its list of the top 50 video game characters of all time. While the complete list is sprinkled with names like Lara Croft, Kratos, Sackboy, and Nathan Drake, the top five characters are mostly vintage staples. Which is your favorite? It was pretty hard to narrow down the top games of the year, so imagine how painful it was to pick just a choice few games of the decade! What Is the Best Video Game of the Decade?
The Summer blockbusters are blowin' up the big screen, but I'm turning my focus toward the future, and the slew of geeky movies that are in the works. Indeed, as many movies as there are that turn into video games, there are tons that are going the other way. Check out some rad upcoming movies, adapted from video games and other geeky fodder.
This Halo kid is either going to be the coolest kid in school when this vid goes viral, or he's going to have to assume another identity unless he wants his ass to get kicked. (Thank god the Internet didn't exist when I was a child.)
