Although Ikea does a terrific job creating stylish, affordable furniture, the pieces start to lose their luster when you realize that everyone and their mom owns a "MALM." Thanks to a new retailer, Mykea, you can dress your bare bones Ikea furniture pieces to impress. The company sells "design covers," a cross between wallpaper and decals, specially sized to fit Ikea's most popular furniture pieces, like the Billy Bookcase, the Expedit Coffee Table, etc. You can choose from a wide selection of designs by various artists or you can actually submit your own designs and make a 10 percent commission off of the sales of your work. Pretty fab, huh? The only downfall is that Mykea only ships to select countries in Europe — hopefully they'll cross the pond one day soon.

I've seen plenty of hilarious and cheeky laptop decals, but check out this set of equally awesome iPad decals from Last Fuse Graphics. Decals range in price from $2 to $6.50, and the selection offers up everything from a subtle pi symbol (Get it? Apple pi?) to a rocking set of headphones.
Each decal is made of black vinyl and will stick to your iPad, MacBook, or any other clean, flat surface. Decals are removable but not reusable, so take caution if you're one to change your mind often! I love all of these witty designs, but if I had to choose a favorite it'd be the kid-friendly juice box at right — perfect for Suri Cruise's iPad.

So we have those boring, white, laminate cabinets and are in no position to remodel with new ones, or even to reface the ones we have. I wanted to do something fresh, modern, and bright in there, but paint was only doing so much for me. I thought about putting wallpaper on them, but I knew I'd end up with a nasty mess if I decided to redecorate. So I hunted for ideas and check this out . . . We found these at Cabinet Prints. They are removable, kind of like wall murals or giant stickers, and you can order them to fit. Our whole kitchen is redone in these and we did it ourselves for under $200. My kitchen is no longer boring, yay!

These days, adult Twilight obsessions are accepted (especially on geek) — seriously, pretty much everyone at Sugar HQ has given in and gotten hooked at some point. And if there's another thing I'm into, it's dressing up my laptop, so this Twilight Laptop Decal ($20) that has the apple cut out for the Mac Apple is seriously rad.
There's only one available, so I'll be surprised if it's still up for grabs by the time you see this post — although the seller says it could be available for you again. I hope the same is true for Robert Pattinson.
