Though the announcement of Kinect Disneyland Adventures didn't make it to the top of our Xbox E3 gaming list, the more I've learned about it, the more excited I've become. Why? Well, first off, you can virtually go to Disneyland anytime you want just by turning on your console. Sure, you won't be there in person, but it seems like the magic is still present. Second, you can hit up some of your favorite rides in new ways. Take Pirates of the Caribbean for example — instead of riding on a raft, you actually surf and paddle your way through on a plank of wood, avoiding obstacles and bombs. It also looks like you can walk through all the different areas of Disneyland (and even meet up with some of your favorite characters), which makes this game seem really fun for kids and bring back that Disney nostalgia for the rest of us. Check out the trailer below, then tell me — are you loving Kinect Disneyland Adventures, or would you rather leave it?
Get Excited: It's the Super Mario 3DS E3 Trailer
Earlier today, Nintendo unveiled its latest console, the Wii U, but also told us about a few of the new games being created for the Nintendo 3DS, two of which are Super Mario and Mario Kart. We saw the games in action during the press briefing, but in case you missed the live broadcast, here are a few of the trailers you may want to see. First up, Super Mario for the 3DS:

Here's the Nintendo Wii U Console
We got a look at the new touchscreen controller for Nintendo's new Wii U system, and I finally caught a glimpse of the actual console during the post-media-brief programming. It looks very sleek with the rounded edges and possibly smaller than the current Wii console. What do you guys think of the Wii U?

Wii U Unveiled at Nintendo's E3 Presentation
The next Wii console is officially called the Wii U and comes with the predicted 6.2-inch touchscreen controller that we reported earlier this week. Designed to get the entire family in on the gaming action, or just yourself, the Wii U can be used with your TV or by itself as a handheld controller. Not only that, the controller can also be used in conjunction with the games you're playing on your set, as a video chatting device, or as an extension of the web. You can even wirelessly move video from your controller to your TV set with a swipe of your finger. Coming in 2012, learn about some other features you can look forward to with the Wii U below, and see more photos here!

- The Wii U can automatically switch from the TV set to the controller without the need for switching inputs.
- It comes with two circle pads, control pads, gyroscope, two speakers, microphone, touchscreen, a camera, and trigger buttons.
- Games are wirelessly transmitted without lag.
- You can use the Wii U on the TV, on the controller, or both.
- Use the Wii U to share photos and videos, and browse the web.
- You can play the new Super Smash Bros. on the Wii U against a 3DS opponent.
- There will be a New Super Mario Bros. Mii that allows your Mii to play along with Mario.
- LEGO City Stories, an open world game, will come to the Wii U and 3DS.

E3 Announcements: 5 Xbox Games I'm Excited About
Yesterday's Microsoft E3 press briefing gave us a look at what's to come in the next year for Xbox, and I gotta say — it's looking pretty good, folks. Though the presentation brought a ton of new titles (but very little launch dates), there were some standout games that I can't wait to see more of. Check out which ones below, then tell me your favorites in the comments!

- Tomb Raider — This new look at the series takes us back to Lara Croft's origin — when she was just 21 years old, fighting her way through a mysterious island. The demo looked really intense and sometimes even a little bit frightening.
- Kinect Star Wars — I perked up when I heard the Star Wars theme music playing during the presentation for this new title. I'm hoping LucasFilm does what it does best to help Kinect Star Wars take off — produce some awesome accessories to go along with it. Hello, light saber!
See the rest of my list after the jump.
Kinect Star Wars: Could Be Awesome
Microsoft also introduced the next Star Wars installment to hit the Xbox — Kinect Star Wars. Now you can really fight the good fight using your body to swing your light saber, kick, punch, block, and deflect your enemy fire. No release date yet.

E3 Kicks Off With Xbox Announcements: Tomb Raider
At today's E3 press briefing, Microsoft kicked things off with a dramatic look at the new Tomb Raider adventure, hitting the Xbox in Fall of 2012. This installment finds a 21-year-old Lara Croft shipwrecked on a lost island and fighting for her life to escape an unknown tomb. The game looks incredibly intense and dark and left me wanting more!

Is This the Wii 2 Remote?
Nintendo isn't making its big E3 announcements until tomorrow, but rumor has it that the mockup of the touchscreen-enabled Wii 2 remote (shown below) is quite similar to the real thing. A Japanese source says Nintendo's next generation console will be equipped with a remote stocked with a camera and a six-inch touchscreen, which will allow players to use the remote like a tablet. Other rumors indicate that you can use the touchscreen in conjunction with the game you're playing on a bigger screen, or play the game right on the wireless controller.

As for the official name of the next Wii? Most of us are calling it Wii 2, but new reports indicate Nintendo could just eliminate all the fuss and simply call it Nintendo.
