Armbands cut off my circulation and I hate the cord. I went with the Flip Belt. www.flipbelt.com. Nothing moves. I use an iPhone and forget it is even there. Best purchase ever for running.

I ditched my armband a while ago when I use my Iphone at the gym. I just use my Rokform case which has a magnet so I just stick it to the machines when working out. Check out some pics of it in action: http://imgur.com/a/SZ5S1#0

Ew. I use my old nano for working out (I'd get the shuffle, but it doesn't support Nike+). Can't imagine running with something as bulky as the iPhone, and can't imagine talking into something that's sweaty from my last run.
