The wait is over as Steve Jobs has just confirmed the rumors during his keynote speech at Macworld—The MacBook Air is here! The super-thin silver device comes with an LED backlit display, a 13.3-inch widescreen display, a built-in iSight camera, a full-sized keyboard, and a trackpack that supports multi-touch gesture support. The best part: The MacBook Air has an aluminum case, a mercury-free and arsenic-free glass display, and the circuit boards are BFR free and PVC free—making it environmentally friendly! Traditional tripods are usually large, hard to carry and aren't that great to look at. Thankfully companies like Versa are coming out with small, flexible tripods that are great for hands-free photo shoots. I've seen similar models like this design including the all terrain tripod, but I've never seen such a bright color selection before! Would you ever consider using one of these tripods for your camera? Or are they over-the-top geeky?
If you were on the fence about the teeny and chic Palm Centro, here's some news that may help your decision—the Centro is now available in pink!
Aside from the fact that it's now available in a fun new color, the Centro is great because it fits perfectly in the palm of your hand and is extremely lightweight. Palm's Centro includes a full QWERTY keyboard, touchscreen capability and get this, it only costs $100 with a two-year contract. All these great factors contributed to its spot in geeksugar's January must haves line-up!
Featured on Crave, this pretty-in-pink smartphone will run on the Sprint network and can currently be purchased online.
