I've always wondered if Gmail and other free email services put a cap on how many emails you can send per day, and now I have my answer: 500.
Addicted as I am to digital communication, I can't really imagine needing to send that many emails, especially since I have instant messengers (where I probably do hit about 500 sent messages a day!), but it did get me thinking about how many emails I do send per day. With work email and personal email combined, I hit send an awful lot of times each day (though like I said, nowhere near 500). About how many emails do you send per day, and are you sending more for work or play?
Although my Wii Fit 30 day Challenge is over, I have continued to use it and enjoy its benefits - I've taken up yoga, but I'm still enlisting the WF to guide me through some great balance games and strength training workouts at home. And even though Wii creator Shigeru Miyamoto stated in a recent Wired Magazine interview, that the Wii Fit is more of a "communication tool for families and a form of interactive entertainment" than a game, as far as I'm concerned I'd still call it a pretty good (and fun) workout.
Check out my roundup of my Wii Fit experience, experiments, and tricks to get the most out of your Wii Fit!
Thank God for the Internet, right? If not for this fabulous invention, you'd spend your Summer just wondering what they were filming for the upcoming season of Gossip Girl, instead of getting it delivered to your monitor (they're in the Hamptons, BTW).

Have you ever noticed that Facebook automatically adds "they" or "themself" to profiles where users haven't specified whether they are male or female? Yeah, me neither.
Facebook is trying to put an end to their grammatical issues by making members select whether they are male or female so that issues don't arise. "We've gotten feedback from translators and users in other countries that translations wind up being too confusing when people have not specified a sex on their profiles," Facebook product manager Naomi Gleit said in a company statement.
Because Facebook has recently expanded to include 15 new languages, it's imperative that people say which sex they are since the "they" or "themself" option isn't available when the plural is always masculine or feminine in other languages. Let me guess. . . French?! I always had such a hard time ingraining which words were masculine and feminine into my French vocab.
For those that think this is a tad intrusive, Facebook is also offering an opt-out option for people who don't feel the need, or don't feel comfortable indicating their gender.
To fete Bill Gates stepping down from Microsoft, I thought I'd give him a little send-off, celebrating not his technological accomplishments, like every other tech site is doing, but by looking at the one thing that we as a public have judged Bill Gates on for years. Yes, I'm referring to his bangs. Join me, friends, on a journey, a hirsute journey of wacky hairdos worn by the Grand Poo-bah of the PC, Bill Gates. Check out my slideshow for the hair-raising highlights!
I put my geeky goggles and cell phone thinking cap on, and I still can't make out what model and make this cell phone is, so if you can help a geek sista out, I'd be very grateful — hey, it may even warrant a separate post! I'm very surprised that this celeb actually switches her cell phone as much as she does, she doesn't seem like one to get sick of certain phones — maybe she is constantly losing them? Who knows, but all I know is you guys gotta take a guess at who this famous female is below!
