Oh boy. I spotted this Internet addiction test because I was um, surfing the Internet, and oh my, is it illuminating! Provided by the Center For Online Addiction, the addiction test is just a quick battery to see if your constant refresh button finger is anything that needs to be taken seriously.
And doesn't everyone agree with "How often do you fear that life without the Internet would be boring, empty, and joyless?" OK, so maybe not joyless, but my quality of life definitely would have been diminished if I'd never seen Justin Timberlake's SNL mother-of-all viral videos.
Not to detract from the seriousness of the issue, though, so take the test if you're curious. I'm curious about how many people it confirms an addiction for, especially since an Illinois facility is offering rehab and China considered it so bad they opened a Summer camp.

You spend hours perfecting your Myspace or Facebook profile. You frequently feature hilarious videos on your blog. You want to be fresh and innovative. If this describes you, why would you embed a plain old video box on your pimped-out blog or profile? It just doesn't work, but I have the solution. Skin your video with Skin Flix instead. Slide, the maker of Skin Flix, brings you tons of ways to frame your YouTube videos in fun skins, from (my fave) the old-school TV set to picture frames and drive-in movie screens.

I know what you're asking. Why would I skin a YouTube video? Well my friends, the answer is why the heck not?!
Ah, romance! If my boyfriend asked me to plug my earphones into his audio splitter on the bus so we could listen to the same song or watch the same episode of Lost, I would think he was astoundingly dorky and fabulously romantic.
I've always been aware of audio splitters, but I'm feeling googly-eyed today and am actually considering buying one — specifically this one by iSound, which is only $10 and includes an extra pair of earphones.

I'm kinda thinking about plugging it into my iPhone so we can party-line someone, sort of like the way your grandparents do on your birthday. Or, you know, not.
I was really excited to get my copy of Beijing 2008: The Official Video Game of the Olympic Games, so that I could play along with my favorite athletes during the competition. Initially, I thought I was in for a good time, since the graphics and characters looked so darn good - they are fit I tell you - but unfortunately not all was well in Beijing.
In a nutshell? I haven't had "Mario Thumbs" since, well, Super Mario Bros. You know when you walk away from a game and your thumbs are sore and red? That's the idea, but I had only been playing Beijing 2008 for about 15 minutes. I love a button masher just like everyone else, but this was ridiculous! Almost all of the games require you to repeatedly push buttons to gain speed and power, while other events have you rotating your joysticks for far too long than it is pleasurable.

In Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 (yes, I saw it and am not afraid to admit it), America Ferrera's character Carmen, long the thread (pun intended) that held the four friends together, becomes exasperated over her foursome's inability to communicate over distances. When they cite email as being the way they connect, and don't connect — Blake Lively's character Serena — er, Bridget — says, "It's not my fault I have a lame server!" (Oh you went there, Bridget, really?!).

Carmen retorts, "Email, you guys? Really? That's lame," and as the characters hung their heads guiltily, I did too. To see why I think email hurts friendships, just read more
I was practically speechless when I found out that Rogers (in Canada) got the BlackBerry Curve in pink before anyone else. But thankfully our time has come, and the pink Curve will be coming to the Verizon network! It is said to be going on sale this Friday, and will cost around $100 after rebate and with a two-year contract.

And not only that, but product pics of T-Mobile's freshly painted BlackBerry Pearl in tahitian green, indigo, and light blue have been leaked! I love a good color coating every now and then.
