If you are an avid Shutterfly user, have I got some good news for you! First, unlike other photo-sharing sites like Kodak and Snapfish (which have just announced that they will start charging users for storing their photos through them), Shutterfly's CEO has assured customers that you still get free, secure storage through Shutterfly — so no need to stress about that.
Secondly, Shutterfly has just announced a new iPhone app, which allows you to access all of your photos on your iPhone, easily add iPhone pictures to your Shutterfly account and post pictures to a free Shutterfly Share website.
Hey, sometimes we all need a little help navigating the choppy waters of dating when tech gets tossed into the mix, and that's why DearSugar and I have teamed up for another installment of Tech Dating 101. Last week, we talked about canceling a date via text, and this week we're discussing whether or not texting and making calls during your date is an acceptable form of dinner fodder:

To be a locavore is to eat foods that are both in season and produced where you are. For those who are attempting this lifestyle, it can be a challenge to find a lot of these foods.
That's why the Locavore app ($3) is awesome — it uses the GPS in your iPhone to locate you, and then it tells you what foods are in season locally.

Yuck! This month's Marie Claire pinpoints the dirtiest things on your desktop, and what were at the top of the list?
Your mouse, at 846 germs per square inch, and your keyboard, at 719.
It's not that shocking considering that these are the two things you constantly have your hands on all day (minus points if you, like me, ever eat at your desk). And if you ever sneeze or cough with your hand over your mouth while sitting at your computer, you can't always get up and wash your hands right away — but the polite move of covering your mouth just became a germ-spreader when you put that hand back on your mouse and keys.
Are you a little bit leery to click and type now? Bust out some baby wipes and use my other gadget cleaning tips and keep your area germ free!
I may be
all about natural beauty, but I still need an occasional pick me up to make me feel pretty. One of the greatest things about technology is that it makes finding a fix quick and painless. Need a glow?
Tan at your desk. Need a bikini wax stat? Google it! Need hair, shoe and manicure suggestions? There's an app for that. And that. And that.
Check out some of my favorite iPhone apps for looking and feeling good on the go.
