Camera one, camera two, and back to camera one! "What's up Vegas? It's New Year's Eve and we're going to party like it is New Year's Eve!" shouted Nick Lachey as he got his share of fan loving at the Pre-New Year's Bash at PURE Nightclub. Nick hosted the event in Las Vegas on December 31st which was attended by other celebs including Shannon Elizabeth, Lisa Rinna, Dave Navarro, Cheryl Burke and brother Drew Lachey.
I realized today that I use my Blackberry Pearl to take 90 percent of my photos simply because it's always on me. Because we use them so often, having a great cell phone/camera combo is crucial. I mean, you never know when Nick Lachey is going to show up. Submit your favorite camera to our Geek Gear section and we'll feature our favorite models on geeksugar. Be sure to tag your finds with "my favorite cell camera."

Webcams are old news in the internet world, but what about social networking sites with unedited, uncensored webcams?
According to a recent New York Times article, Young Turn to Web Sites Without Rules, popular Web sites like YouTube and MySpace have hired the equivalent of school hallway monitors to police what visitors to their sites can see and do by cracking down on piracy and depictions of nudity and violence. The Times points to new Web sites like Stickam.com, which has entered the realm of unfiltered live broadcasts from Web cameras.
The site a combination of YouTube and Myspace - lets you design your own page and upload video clips, as well as broadcast live video of yourself and conduct face-to-face video chats with other users.
Do you spend hours a day online, but have difficulty finding the time to curl up with a good book? If this is you, Daily Lit has created a tool which sends books right to your inbox in small messages. These messages take less than a few minutes to read and allow you to get your daily book worm dose. What are your thoughts? Would you be willing to give this method of book reading a try?
The creators started DailyLit because they spent hours each day on email but could not find the time to read a book. As self-proclaimed bookworm, and a computer geek, I think this a great idea - especially because I have a large cinema screen. I imagine taking a reading break while enjoying a cup of tea would be the perfect addition to my day.

The idea behind Zgiga TV 2 was to create a television set and, at the same time, a piece of furniture for a high end interior. According to its designer, Ori Takemura, the hybridized television and shelf system constantly offers something to see, even when there is “nothing on TV." And it worked - Zgiga TV 2 design just won a Red Dot Design Concept 2006 Award.
Zgiga TV 2 offers a brilliant LCD display and a BLU-RAY / HDDVD player combined in one unique object of design and perception. It also solves the conundrum of whether or not to purchase a big TV shelf, because it's visually pleasing and an art piece in itself.
