Thankfully USB Hubs have come a long way in the last year. For instance, with Belkin's wireless hub you can ditch your cords altogether, while the Rubber Duckie Hub, can add some fun and excitement to your workstation.
Similar to the infamous Twistahub, this colorful square hub includes four 2.0 USB ports, which is great if you always find yourself needing an extra port.
Featured on Gizmodo, the chromatic bendable hub only costs $12 and has a low power consumption. Wouldn't you agree that it would match perfectly with these USB flash drives?
With thousands of videos being posted on YouTube daily, it's practically impossible for each video to be watched before it is made available online, making it easier for people to publish graphic, violent or obscene material. BBC News, has noted that police chiefs are now urging websites like YouTube to remove violent video footage of children fighting. They argue that YouTube and Google should be filtering material before it is posted. YouTube claims that this would be censorship and is not the role of a private company - they currently rely on their users to flag videos inappropriate when they deem necessary. In a poll conducted by Switched entitled "Should YouTube filter child-fight videos before they're posted?" More than 70 percent of respondents agreed that they should be. What are your thoughts on all of this? Do you think YouTube has gone too far with their video leniency? Leave your comments below!
Welcome to America Mr. David Beckham! Sure, we got a little snotty when you first came to town and we saw you carrying your BlackBerry in a dorky belt clip, but you have officially redeemed yourself. Motorola is in the middle of a publicity blitz for the RAZR2, which is set to follow in the ever popular footsteps of the RAZR, and Becks has resumed his role as the celebrity spokesperson. Not only does he look like a dignified movie star in the ads showing off the new phone, but his billboards have been put up in Hollywood above his new stomping ground, Galaxy Field. Be still, my heart.
The Motorazr2 is available in select markets right now and will be rolling out in the rest soon. It comes in dark pearl grey, espresso and mahogany and features 512MB of memory, Bluetooth, a 2.2-inch display, video streaming, Blogging2, music player (it can hold about 250 songs with the 512 MB of memory) and a web browser. They managed to shave off two millimeters from its predecessor and have apparently added a more intelligent interface.
What's white, makes cat sounds and is used to draw the attention of other felines? You got it, this white Holga K202 Cat Camera.
A unique Korean creation, this camera produces digitized meows to lure in unsuspecting cats for a quick snap-shot. I guess the included metal can, which resembles a treat container, is used as another enticement trick to draw you to the camera. Technabob has noted that those of you who can't wait for a US debut, can find a few of these cat cams on eBay.
What I want to know is what is with all these abusive pet gadgets? First the boombox dog jacket and now this?! I say stick to what works - sneaking up to your cat and taking a quick picture.
If retro phones aren't enough for you, how about one that is completely decked out with an assortment of colorful objects? This Glitz n' Glam Phone is actually for sale on Etsy and probably weighs about fifty pounds with all the additional bling. Displayed on 7Gadgets, this $50 phone comes with flowers, fruit, a black poodle, Eiffel Tower, ballerina, frog, a pink miniature phone and a bunch of other random charms, which to me look like hard candy from my grandmother's house. Interesting indeed to say the least!

The Spring Google News Pillows offer a fun combo of geeky cred and young interior design. The pillows, which cost $120, feature the top 10 Google searches of 2006. Each cushion is signed by the designer and numbered from an edition of 250. The 2007 edition will likely be out after January. I happen to think they are fun and would go shockingly well with the Scrabble furniture set. What do you think? Source: Notcot
