MSN recently did a reader poll about the Ten Biggest Web Annoyances (beyond the nagging problems such as e-mail spam, phishing lures, viruses, and spyware) that really got me thinking. The annoyances were categorized by an Annoyance Factor, as in the percentage of readers who were either very annoyed or infuriated by the issue. Predictably, dubious privacy policies ended up with an aggravation factor of 69 percent, beating out difficult online forms and the over commercialization of the web by a landslide. This weekend I finished reading Into the Wild and desperately needed to talk about it with someone. Most of my friends had read it years ago, or skipped the book and opted for the movie, so I decided to do some Internet searching for book communities.
I stumbled on Revish, a web community for people to share their reading experiences. The site allows you to keep and share a list of books you're reading, write reviews of books, and find recommendations from other readers. I like Revish more than Shelfari, a literary site I've featured in the past, because Revish has a simpler rating system and some really thoughtful reviews. Read on!

Christmas shopping for siblings is always a fun task. No matter what you end up getting them, they'll usually pretend to dislike it just to get on your nerves. If you've got a hard-to-buy-for brother, look no further as I've put together a list of some of the hottest gadgets and accessories that he's guaranteed to go ga ga over.
Take for instance Microsoft's popular Halo 3 or the iPod-friendly backpack from Burton, which are both featured below. I've ordered the list to begin with the lowest priced items, so keep scrolling through the list for the bigger-ticket items near the end.

It's not everyday I get to grace the cover of People, but thanks to a site called MagMyPic I can be the cover model for a variety of magazines!
Just go to the site and upload a picture of your liking, then choose from magazines like Rolling Stone, National Geographic, Fortune, Sports Illustrated, Time, Playboy, Vogue, and People — don't worry you'll get the chance to preview all of them so you can pick just the right one.
Discussed on Neatorama, you can add your MagMyPic cover to your your blog, social network page, or keep for personal use. Don't get too scandalous though since the site shows off all the latest covers created!
Back in June I introduced you to the Solar Powered Beach Bag, which happened to be one of the few solar bags on the market at that time. Five months later I bring to you the fashionable Noon Solar totes, which teamsugar's boyfriend couldn't help but share with me. The black leather Cortland Tote shown here features a solar panel on one side so you can face it inwards or outwards, two interior zipper pockets, and one exterior zipper pocket. In order for it to work its charging magic, the included battery box needs to be connected to the solar panel cable located inside the bag. The bag will take about six to eight hours of strong sun to completely charge and if full, the battery box will keep its charge for a few days if not used. Noon Solar bags are completely water and weather proof, so you won't get zapped if the panel gets rained on. The Cortland comes in black or chocolate (shown above) and costs $383. If you scroll down you can also see the Willow which is similar to the Cortland except it has a suede exterior, comes in chocolate and steel, and costs $274. Considering the solar beach bag costs $250, I suggest spending the extra money to have one you can actually use away from the beach. And not only are they pretty to look at, but Noon Solar creates bags that are made with materials that can either biodegradable naturally or be reclaimed and re-used for generations to come.
