Music Syncing — Like iTunes Match, Xbox Music is connected to the cloud, so it syncs users' "Xbox Music Pass Collection" and their playlists to all their devices, whether it be a tablet, PC, phone, or Xbox 360.
Offline Caching — Paid subscribers will be able to download songs from their Xbox Music Pass Collection to their mobile devices so that they can be disconnected from the data network or WiFi and still listen to music.
Music Store — This is the feature that sets Xbox Music apart from the rest. Users not only have streaming access to an extensive digital catalg, they have purchasing access, too, so should they ever cancel the $10 monthly Music Pass, purchased songs will still be accessible. No word yet on how much individual songs will cost.
