Would You Rather Give Up Sex, Money Or Your Cell Phone?

Sure, it seems like a wacky question, but a recent survey shows that Young Britons would rather give up sex than live without their cell phones.

According to Reuters, one in three people would not sacrifice their cell phone for one million pounds (that's equivalent to about $1.9 million USD). Women were most likely to refuse the lump sum in exchange for the cells, while folks in the 16 and 24 age bracket would rather give up alcohol, chocolate, sex, tea, or coffee than live without their mobile phone for a month.

While the survey results both confuse and upset me, I have to ask: What would you give up for in order to keep your cell phone?

I picked give up S.E.X but I rarely use my phone so it isnt that important to mebut than neither is what I would give up for it so figured losing both wont matterconsidering I already Have given them both up :P :)

I feel sorry for the 23 people who voted giving up sex for their cellphone! I'd give uyp my cellphone for sex! with my boyfriend of course :) I can never seem to get enough, and my celphone is just covered in dust somewhere, I never use it. In fact I have no clue where it is.

I carry my cell phone all the time & it rarely rings. Of course as soon as I forget it at home, I have like 16 messages. I'd definitely give it up for money, I'm not a big phone user anyway.

I'd totally give up my cell phone. Half the time I hate having it. I hate text messaging, and I hate being constantly accessible. I turn it off if I'm out with someone, I turn it off when I sleep, I turn it off while I'm at work...and plus it's another bill I could totally live without.

A lot of things come before my cell phone. I may use it as a watch, maybe even a calendar, or an address book, or a tip calculator, but I have backups for those things with the exception of the tip calculator. I'm so bad on the phone anyway!
