Woman Faces Prison Time for Facebook Poke
Is a Facebook Poke a Legit Means of Communication?
You already know that Facebook can make you jealous in a relationship, status updates can cause competition, and it can even cause your grades to drop. But can it land you in prison?

According to law enforcement in Tennessee, it can. I just learned about a woman who was arrested for a Facebook poke. Turns out, the poke broke an order of protection stating, “no telephoning, contacting or otherwise communicating with the petitioner.”
The guilty party faces up to a month in jail and a $2,500 fine. What do you think?
