Steve Jobs confirmed that the white iPhone 4 model would still be hitting shelves in late July just last week, but Apple had bad news for white iPhone 4 fans this morning when it released a statement saying that the white iPhone 4 won't be available until "later this year" due to continued manufacturing issues.

It's been said that the delays could be due to the phone's paint job, but this second delay really gives Apple a chance to take a step back and reevaluate the model's antenna to prevent a second wave of reception complaints.
