Totally Geeky or Geek Chic? iPod Skirt

FitSugar has extolled the virtues of the skort, a shorts/skirt hybrid that allows you all the comfort and practicality of shorts with the cuteness of a skirt. But what of the Skirt Sports Built-in Shorties Skirt? The skirt has built-in shorties as well as a special electronics pocket for your iPod, MP3, cellphone. It also has a buttonhole just under the waistband so you can thread your headphone cord up and out. The skirt costs $70, which I must point out would nearly buy you an iPod Shuffle ($79) that can clip on to your skirt, skort, shorts or whatever article of clothing you might be wearing.

personally i refuse to get an ipod and therefore i refuse to endorse or buy this skirt... i have nothing against them or this but i'd rather not be one of the crowd and buy an ipod... now winning a contest or a free one is a totally different story

I agree with Shimmer... I'm supposed to feel around on my butt to change the song? How odd. The Shuffle comes with a clip for a reason. And for the price of the skirt... you can buy one! LOL

It's a good idea. I drop my ipod at the gym all the time, so I looked for gym clothes that had pockets like this but they are way way overpriced! I don't think these companies should charge so much for just making a pocket.

if it was made for riding, like had the bike padding in it, then it would be worth it. other than that, ehhh...

there is no way i paying 70 dollars for that....i thought from the pic that u could like push the play button from ur skirt to control the ipod..lol maybe then i'll try it
