Totally Geeky or Geek Chic? Louis Vuitton Cell Phone Charm

This might be one of those accessories that only you will know is designer and you paid $240 for, but it's cute nonetheless. The Louis Vuitton monogrammed phone charm features two dangling resin cubes with Swarovski crystals and tiny golden brass LV logos. Available in beige and pomme d amour/perle, these accessories include crystals and monogram elements which appear to float in the clear resin finish. Too geeky to put on your cell phone or kinda chic?

i think its cute, but i definitely wouldn't pay more than 8 dollars for anything that's going to hang off my phone.

seriously. I would accept one for free though. FlyrFn4eva, the cell phone charms exist for one of two reasons. Either it's a strap by which you can grab your phone out of the bottom of your purse OR (the better reason) to distinguish your very common phone (RAZR?) from everyone else's. My husband and I have the same phone, so mine has a charm so we don't take each other's.

For that price the damn thing better be solid gold. And nobody is going to know (or care) that it was expensive, so you'd have to be some kind of crazy to care.
