Techie Necklace: Totally Geek or Geek Chic?

I see a lot of geeky necklaces day to day, and the question is always, how geeky is too geeky?

Some, like the LOL Necklace, are a little over the top, while others, like the Comma Pendant, are deliciously chic and not at all too geeky.

So the question for this Techie Necklace from Etsy is the same: Is the declaration of who you are around your neck too much, or just enough?

It's not that bad aesthetically, but I'm not a fan of proclaiming what you want people to think you are so blatantly. It just seems really trying-too-hard.

Whoo! Way too bulky, I think!! They should make one w/ a tiny cute circuit board or chip(it could even be in the shape of a letter!) :P

I wouldn't mind wearing "Techie" jewelry, but this particular necklace is just not cute. I'd want it written on a computer chip or some other tech material.
