AT&T and Verizon clearly don't get along — after several commercials and one lawsuit, the feud doesn't look like it's ending anytime soon. Today in AT&T vs. Verizon drama: a new AT&T commercial features a checklist of reasons AT&T is better than Verizon, and why you, too, should believe that AT&T is the best wireless network in America.
Verizon's response:
"AT&T did not file this lawsuit because Verizon's 'There’s a map for that' advertisements are untrue; AT&T sued because Verizon’s ads are true, and the truth hurts."
I'm curious if Verizon will launch another counterattack, but at some point, one of these companies will have to give it a rest.

Ouch! I love a good feud. I wager AT&T backing down first.
Or they should. I'm with T-Mobile but my friends who carry AT&T attest that their service does suck infinitely more. Their only catch is the iPhone, really
1Verizon should back down first. They're also attacking the iPhone with the "iDon't" commercials, and Verizon wants the iPhone. I love my iPhone and have no issues with AT&T. My buddy just got the Driod and discovered that at Verizon "unlimited"=5GB of data, oops!
2Yeah.. his 5GB is because he chose that plan... There is an unlimited plan. There are different data plans. Tell him to get on the right one and he will be alright...
3GO VERIZON!!!!!
JenBrett is completely misinformed about Verizons plans. ALL smartphones have an UNLIMITED data package that is required to activate service on the phone. The 5GB internet usage is on the mobile broadband plan. Verizon employees always ask the customer what they will be using the internet for...and web surfing, email, occasional video streaming is acceptable and if this person went over 5GBs they did this knowing that the first two months would be monitored and probably credited the overage. GO VERIZON.
4AT&T needs to realize that the iPhone is really the only GOOD thing about their network.
5I don't see any reason for AT&T to back down first because of its larger fan base and the product they are supporting in supporting AT&T (the iPhone
6Well I believe the truth hurts but the iphone has such a huge following that they can really improve on their coverage issues. Some customers depending on where they live do have coverage problems and have a tough time experiencing the 3g experience consistently.
7Most likely, AT&T will back down first because, as much as I hate to admit it, there's truth to what Verizon is saying. I had to switch FROM AT&T when I moved. Why? They don't service to current area I'm in (even T-Mobile & Sprint have service here; you know that's a shame when they're even outdoing AT&T anywhere), and it's important that I have coverage because I'm on the road a lot. The iPhone is nice, but useless to me when I can't get service in a 2-3 hour radius in any direction. Yes, the iPhone has a fanbase, but that's not enough with the coverage issues. I'm a fan of the iPhone, but it's not feasible for me to own one.
8Lol I think that Verizon rocks with their commercials! I honestly use to dislike them quite a bit, but this whole thing has brought me to be quite fond of them! I love how they find the whole thing to be humorous and AT&T is like the 5 year old pouting in the corner without the ability to think before reacting with their horrific commercials!
Also, about how Verizon "wants" the iPhone, at some point every phone wanted the money bank of the iPhone. However, AT&T has already announced many times that they will no longer have the iPhone exclusively. Which I would like to point out is their MAIN selling point especially on this horrible come back commercial! I will always be a T-Mobile girl, but I still think Verizon's advertising mind set is GREAT and wins me over! AT&T's advertising makes me never want to use them!
9geez just leave at&t alone and not worry about something STUPID.
10How does AT&T have the best 3G experience when my 3G signal drops all the time, and is only available in big cities?! I have the iPhone right now, and once my contracts up in January, i'm canceling and getting the Droid
11You all can hate on at&t all you want, and say your 3G signal drops unless your in major cities?! OK WELL GUESS WHAT IDIOT, that SHOULD happen do you think at&t is going to build a 5 million dollar tower next to your farm-town so 20 people can buy their service or switch to them to get 3G? Recognize how business works, and also all of you who have T-mobile i would not even shed a word on at&t cause T-mobile's coverage = GARBAGE, not to mention THEY AREN'T EVEN 3G in most area's so you have no room to talk. And as for verizon It's quite clear to me and anyone with a brain they are upset at&t has beaten then in the past 2 quarters and has had a lower churn rate(customers leaving for those who got a GED and not a diploma). So all i can say is quit crying and get over it, who cares if your town doesn't get 3G switch to verizon then and get there astounding lineup of 3 or 4 3G phones, so you can get 1 bar of service whereever you are and use outdated CDMA technology.
