Soaripod Is the Go-Go-Gadget Extenda Arm For the iPhone

Resembling something like the Versa Flexible Tripod for your camera, the Soaripod works as a 12-inch extension arm for your iPhone or iPod Touch (sadly, they don't fit the iPhone 3G just yet). Use this flexible holder to prop up your iPhone in places like planes, trains, and (you guessed it) automobiles! The vinyl-coated clamp can attach to thousands of surfaces so that you can check out movies and TV shows without having to worry about holding your player! The Soaripod is priced at $30.

I do not know what I like better....... my soaripod or my G3. They are a match made in heaven I have gotten to watch movies just about anywhere. The soaripod clips to soooo many surfaces. I just remove my G3 from my belt and clip it right onto the soaripod and instant handsfree. Love it.

I just showed this to a friend of mine who said they saw it in person, it will hold any other device, you just need to get a belt clip holster for the device and clip it to the soaripod. It works really cool. I think the only problem with the go go is its suction and adhesive and I don't trust suction. I'd rather just clip it without worrying about it falling or getting adhesive residue.

I meant to say in my previous comment that the product I linked has adhesive attachments and a suction cup included, which makes it ideal for any videoplayer or phone or whatever...

Actually it will hold the 3G, you just need to buy a separate belt clip to hold the iPhone in the Soaripod. They are working on making a clip for the 3G. But if you want, just buy a separate belt clip and you can use the soaripod. I saw them sold on www.soaripod.com

I have to have that! Its perfect! No more propping the iPhone up on a balled up sweatshirt only so it will fall in 2 seconds. Watch movies instead of focusing on my husbands driving? IM IN. BEST accessory I have seen yet!
