Samsung's Latest Digital Photo Frame

Samsung's Latest Digital Photo Frame

Since most of you are like me and have swapped your old manual film cameras for digital cameras, I'm wondering if you've also swapped traditional picture developing for digital photo frames? I recently tried out Samsung's new digital photo frame- the SPF-72H, and was quite pleased with its overall performance. This 7 Inch high resolution frame has a sleek design and comes with a 90 degree rotating stand so you can have your pictures horizontal or vertical. To quickly upload pictures without having to use a computer, you can pop your camera's SD/MMC card or a USB memory stick into the back of the frame and copy your JPEG images directly onto it- or you can do the standard upload via your computer with the included USB cable. User-friendly directional and navigational buttons on the side of the frame guide you through photo preferences like slide show rotation with various effects.
If you don't like the way your pictures are displayed, you can choose from options like original, fit to screen and fit to width (something I should have done for the image above)! Other great features include 128MB of built-in memory and a programmable clock with a timer that will turn the frame on or off at certain times. Unfortunately this frame only comes with Windows Vista support. Priced at $156.
