GOP Candidates to Debate on Twitter Today
The presidential campaign is taking to social media, as the first presidential debate via Twitter will take place today at 3 p.m. (EDT). Signing on are six Republican candidates: Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Newt Gingrich, Gary Johnson, Thad McCotter, and Rick Santorum.
No need to follow the Twitter accounts of individual candidates, as @140townhall will retweet comments from the moderators and candidates. The public can submit questions through 140TownHall.
