Power Button Earrings: Totally Geeky or Geek Chic?

It might be a tough time to show you're a Machead by purchasing a new MacBook, but you can save hundreds and still have something MacBook and something new (to you) — with these Power Button Earrings ($30), made from real MacBook power buttons.

A declaration of your brand loyalty and totally geektastic, they're fun and kinda tasteful. Those who may not love these are PC users and those whose fashion flair doesn't include recycled laptop parts.

Buttton earrings- in my opinion are best as stud earrings made with the stud findings. Dangly-- they just look totally geeky.

yea - i'm not really feeling these earrings. i think that for someone they could be ok, but they are just not my style at all.

I think these are totally awesome - but are they like, clean? I'm all for recycling, but if they came off a computer even half as grub as mine gets.... well I'm not sure I'd want them anywhere near my ears. They look totally fab though!
