Plumber Costume: Totally Geeky or Geek Chic?

With Halloween coming up I decided to do some internet research to find fun, geeky costumes. The first noteworthy and geeky character I thought of was everyone's favorite video game character, Mario. I was soon treated to this Plumber Costume. Not only does it have classic Nintendo appeal, but it would be perfect for his and her costumes for any Mario and Princess Peach fans. It costs $29.99. Is it geeky, or geek chic?

Anything goes on Halloween. The 2 clerks at my local game store were dressed as Mario and Luigi last year.But a Yoshi costume would be REALLY something to see.

dude, why would you even need to buy that though? just a red cap, red shirt, overalls and a bangin' stache are all you need, and odds are you probably don't have to spend $30 to get it. i loathe pre-packaged costumes.
