Plia Designs is banking on the fact you really want to protect your cell phone when it's in your bag, or another place it might get jostled; their Luxe iPhone/BlackBerry Cases are like little books, with elastic bands to hold your phone inside. It's not the greatest thing for accessibility, but I like the idea that you can use this case for most phones and smartphones (negating having to buy a new case because you went from say, a first-gen iPhone to an iPhone 3G).

There are a few pretty patterns, though I'm partial to the metallics, but they're kinda pricey for phone cases at $72. Still, traveling with that baby would give you a great sense of security (which sometimes makes it worth it).

wouldn't the metal case interfere with reception while inside??
1while i've been on the hunt for a case for my iPhone since i don't really want one of those rubber ones i saw similar ones to these and i decided against them since it's more like a booklet rather than a case and even though it's pretty - it's not the most functional. i do like the idea though. i ended up getting the clear plastic hard case for mine and i'm pretty happy.
2don't like it and it doesn't look convenient. maybe for my BC or candy...
3While I like the protection aspect, these cases don't seem to make your phone easily accessible. By the time I rummage in my handbag, open the case...oops, missed call!
4these are cool...I just wish that it had a clip...I am always running around and like to clip to my handbag
5I ♥ these cases!!! and punk glam queen its the same as if u had a regular case and rummage in ur handbag u missed a call EXCEPT u don't need a hand bag with these cases they hold almost EVERYTHING!!!!!
