PicPlz Photo Sharing For iPhone and Android

Photo sharing via social networks is nothing new, but once Instagram for iPhone users entered the game, clicking a photo, adding effects, and easily sharing it with the world, it went to the next level. And while Instagram — a service I use and love —is still only available to iPhone users, a new app that works across both the iOS and Android platforms gives the same easy access to social photo sharing.

PicPlz allows users to snap photos and add fun effects like "Russian Toy Camera," "The 70s," and "Instant Film." Connect with Facebook and Twitter to quickly upload photos and share with your friends. Users can also tag photos with location data that is searchable via its website — so you can quickly check out what's happening anywhere, from snowy New York City to sunny Los Angeles.
