(Sidenote: I certainly hope no one has ever described my situation as "PEBKAC.")

I work at a library and we have this all the time. i don't know why people use computers if they don't know anything about them. How hard is double clicking? NOT HARD!!!

Layer 8? Does that have anything to do with the 7 layers of networking? As far as pronunciation goes I have always said it exactly as it reads- peb kac - I don't know how to type that out phonetically for you. I found this by googling but I wouldn't know w t f this means ;-) (pĕb'kāk)
