Online Clothing Sales Surpass Computer Sales

According to USA Today, a report by the National Retail Federation's Shop.org, found that apparel, accessories and footwear sales hit $18.3 billion in 2006, while computers sales grossed $17.2 billion. Fairly close, but what's unique is this growing trend of online shopping for shoes and clothes, as approximately 10 percent of all clothing sales occurred online this year. This may not be a big shocker to most of you, since we all know how easy and convenient online shopping has become. When I asked geeksugar readers why they like shopping online, a majority of you said that you make online purchases because it's fun and easy. I definitely second that!
