The Onion's Faux iPhone Ad
The Onion's Faux iPhone Ad
by POPSUGAR Tech 16
The iPhone parodies have been rolling in since day one. There's the New York City ad, the Conan O'Brien take on the iPhone and even a Steve Jobs goes mad skit from Mad TV. None of those match this "infographic" from The Onion, a weekly parody newspaper published online and in print.
While the faux ad has to be enjoyed in its entirety for the full effect, I appreciate the "comes with an iPhone hat, so people know you own an iPhone during the brief periods you're not using it" joke. Chances are we just might have to suffer through a few years of awful iPhone gear. Geeks like geek apparel, right?
