New Website from Peter Rojas of Engadget: RCRD LBL

Website of the Day: RCRD LBL

Want some totally free MP3 downloads? From bands you've actually heard of and love? The catch is, there is no catch. Peter Rojas of Engadget has created the website RCRD LBL for anyone to download free and completely legal music — the bill is simply footed by the ads on the site. RCRD LBL features bands like Spoon, Sufjan Stevens, and Arcade Fire for your non-budget-busting enjoyment. And if you want to test out the songs before you download them, or if you just fear commitment, you're also welcome to stream RCRD LBL Radio.
