In a gadget-accessories market filled with the latest, greatest, slimmest, and lightest gear, how do you get a headphone to stand out from the crowd? Put a bird on it. The Inspiration headphones, one of several headphone lines announced by Monster this week at CES, push fashion to the forefront with a style sure to be noticed.

Available in Spring 2012, the Inspiration headphones feature a removable headband, which is where your creative fashion powerhouse can rule. Eight additional headband styles of brightly colored leathers and textured material will be an additional $30 beyond the Inspiration's $280 base price. For those in need of a bigger ear statement, Monster showcased limited-edition headbands with peacock feathers, electric blue mystery bird feathers, and large studs that will guarantee some respect on the morning commute.

Pricing and availability of the limited-edition headbands is not available. Would you rock the feathered headphone look on a daily basis?

An anonymous reader weighed in on a posting in our Savvy Confessions group, which asked readers for advice on how to stop Monster.com from spamming inboxes. Here's what the anonymous user had to say:

I signed up for all the job boards and stuff when I was looking around for a job, but I've been at my job for a year and a half, so I don't need the listings anymore, but Monster.com won't let me off! I keep clicking unsubscribe, but they keep on sending me email. Do you guys have this problem too? What can I do to make them stop? Just call them or something? It's so much hassle so I'm pretty frustrated.

Do you have any tips for unsubscribing? Share them in the comments below! Remember, you can ask your own career- and finance-related questions anonymously in the Savvy Confessions group for a chance to be featured on SavvySugar and advised by fellow Savvy readers.

Justin Bieber Partners With Dr. Dre to Launch "Justbeats" Headphones

I'm still rocking my Monster Beats Solo HD headphones like a champ (cause I love 'em), so if you want to step up your musical game, and are a Justin Bieber fan (or know one who is), I'm about to make your weekend.

I'm still rocking my Monster Beats Solo HD headphones like a champ (cause I love 'em), so if you want to step up your musical game, and are a Justin Bieber fan (or know one who is), I'm about to make your weekend.

Released earlier this week, the Beats By Dr. Dre "Justbeats" Edition headphones and earbuds have been designed for those who have caught the Bieber Fever. Coming in Justin's favorite color (purple), the Beats Solo Justbeats Edition ($179), and iBeats Justbeats Edition ($99) will allow you to listen to your Bieber jams like they were intended to be heard — in studio quality. These headphones are exclusive to Best Buy, so you can grab 'em in stores or online now. But before you run out the door, you may want to click past the break to see a video of Justin and Dre in the studio making some sweet beats of their own and hear Justin's disdain for the cheap headphones kids are wearing these days. Check it out when you read more.

I'm Asking: Do You Ever Miss Out on Your Lunch Break?

If your answer to this is yes, you're not alone.

If your answer to this is yes, you're not alone. In a recent Monster.com survey, 60 percent of people said they don't always take their full lunch break while another seven percent don't take lunch at all. A director from Monster said that taking lunch is crucial to productivity and is important for one's health and mental well-being. It's all about time management and prioritizing your lunchtime ritual.

I admit, I'm not the best at taking my full lunch break, but I've started to try to set aside a little time to sit down somewhere other than my desk to eat my afternoon meal. It's like a breath of fresh air and a really good mental break. How about you — do you miss out on your lunch break?
