I signed up for all the job boards and stuff when I was looking around for a job, but I've been at my job for a year and a half, so I don't need the listings anymore, but Monster.com won't let me off! I keep clicking unsubscribe, but they keep on sending me email. Do you guys have this problem too? What can I do to make them stop? Just call them or something? It's so much hassle so I'm pretty frustrated.

If your answer to this is yes, you're not alone. In a recent Monster.com survey, 60 percent of people said they don't always take their full lunch break while another seven percent don't take lunch at all. A director from Monster said that taking lunch is crucial to productivity and is important for one's health and mental well-being. It's all about time management and prioritizing your lunchtime ritual.

I admit, I'm not the best at taking my full lunch break, but I've started to try to set aside a little time to sit down somewhere other than my desk to eat my afternoon meal. It's like a breath of fresh air and a really good mental break. How about you — do you miss out on your lunch break?

It appears that Monster has knocked it out of the park with their first non-headphone offering in the Beats by Dr. Dre line. Check out the just-announced BeatBox, a stand-alone iPod dock that translates the awesome solo sound experience provided by the entire line of Beats headphones to a room-filling sound experience. Just in time for Spring training, Beats by Dr. Dre has released a Red Sox branded set of their famous headphones for baseball fans to rock while chilling in the stands, or anywhere they want to take their tunes. Fit for the iPod, iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry or Zune, co-founder of Beats by Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine had this to say about their partnership with the Red Sox and MLB:

Dr. Dre has already teamed up with HP to bring us the sweet-sounding HP Envy 15 bundle (which comes complete with his Geek-tested and approved Beats by Dr. Dre headphones, and HP Beats Audio software), but now he's lending his face to the campaign for a series of commercials that highlight what HP computers can do.
