Miley Cyrus Partnering With YouTube For Volunteer Project

Teen superstar Miley Cyrus may not be cool with Twitter, but she's all over YouTube. With her scandalous looks and provocative moves aside, Miley is teaming up with YouTube and using her fame to inspire some goodness. Called the Video Volunteer Program, YouTubers can upload a video (three minutes or less) promoting a service organization they care about by June 23, and the top three videos will be shown alongside Miley's on the YouTube homepage at the end of the month.
