Now no one can argue that bow ties aren't cool. Matt Smith, star of Doctor Who, picked up the most stylish man award at the GQ Men of the Year Awards 2011 in London on Tuesday. Matt's own offscreen cutting-edge, hipster style is nearly as well known as the Doctor's wardrobe of bow ties, elbow patches, and tweed.
