My favorite dock is the Kindle FireStation, which was released several months ago by ReaderDock - http://www.readerdock.com/ The FireStation has a sturdy rotating cradle, built in stereo speakers and audio control plus a headphone jack, and the mark-up is MUCH less than the Matchstick, which I have also looked at - I bought my FireStation for the pre-order price, but even now it's only like $70 and they are still offering free shipping plus a $5 off coupon code.
