How Many Text Messages Do You Send A Day?

My old roommate was one of those girls who was a master at text messaging. She could move her thumb around the keypad without even looking and claimed that her texting obsession was cheaper than actually calling someone. It really wouldn't surprise me if she could type as fast as the LG National Texting Champion! On average, I guesstimate that she sent over thirty messages in a day. Are you a texting wizard? How many texts do you send a day?

I text more then i really talk cuz i think its much faster. And i text at least 300 to 400 text messages a day maybe more cuz i love texting

Woah, I text a lotttttt. At least 100 a day. I prefer texting to calling because I like to listen to music and carry on a conversation with somebody else. My usage restarted on December 2nd, and since then (11 days) I have sent 1724 texts. I can check my usage on my phone.(:

I send about 2,000 a month. My sister is only 14 and she averages about 15,000 a month. Talk about not having a voice.

I send anywhere from 10 to 150 texts a day via my side kick 2. Sometimes its so much easier to have a conversation via text and I have unlimited texts so why not? I clear my inbox/outbox two or three times a day.

my texting jus depends on whats going on... while i'm in school i text a moderate amount prolly like 4 or 5 times a day becuz its easier to talk to ppl who may be in class but jus recently my texting has gone up dramatically.. it varies day by day, yesterday i sent close to 30 messages and today i haven't even sent one yet...

i hate texting. This one person i knew was constantly texting even when over at my house while we were talking! its just so rude. i guess i'd rather people text than talk on the phone on buses etc. though.

10+. It depends on who I'm talking to. With some people I'll send maybe 1-5. But with this one guy (friend?), we send about 10-30 text messages a day. Then it also depends on what topic I'm discussing.

never have sent one. i have one friend that will text while she's talking to me (or our other friends). so rude. it's like an addiction for her i think. if you ask what she's texting it's never anything of consequence. why bother. we're becoming a society of short attention span/multi-taskers.

Savvy - it's easy doing it with a regular phone. I hold it with my right hand and use my thumb. :) It's really good when I'm shopping. I can text with one hand and grab stuff with the other. lol I do want to get a new phone that has a keyboard but not sure because I'm so used to doing it with one hand.

I text non-stop. I send over 2000 a month. So probably between 30-50 a day. And I only use 200 min a month! So I guess I text more than I talk.

I have a MDA which makes texting easier but I still don't text that much. I don't know how people do it with just regular phones without a keyboard. It would drive me insane! I text 1-5 times a day. My company pays for my phone bill and texts but that still doesn't make me want to text more. I use my phone to send out e-mails more than text. Texting is great when you are in a restaurant waiting for a friend and you can't a) hear the phone ring or b) pick up the phone, but can't hear the person on the other end. It makes it much easier to find out where she is or how long she will be.

I have a sidekick so I can text a lot within minutes I fill my inbox of 100 at least 2 to 3 times a day yah I know that's a lot.
