I can honestly say that I've never had a problem dreaming up complicated passwords — and by complicated I mean I can never remember them! I've gone on about the importance of creating a unique password before, but for those of you who love the abc123 passwords of the world, there's a great site to help you create a tricky password once and for all. I agree - the problem with that site is, I'd never remember any of those. It has good examples for creating a strong password, but that's all. I've a system similar to GeeksDreamG.

Probably the silliest hing ever n my lame and limited opnion. The passwords I generated were difficult to remember and just strings of ten letter. Very difficult.

The best way to come up with a password that's strong and easy to remember is to think up a sentence and use the first letter to each word, replacing letters with numbers when appropriate. Example: "One if by land, two if by sea" becomes 1ibl2ibs. In addition, you should never repeat passwords on different sites.
