I felt so bad for Elodie especially when she said that she hopes Heidi will cherish it like she would have, or something like that. What a bitchy move. She didn't even KNOW about the job until Elodie told you about it, let alone want it or deserve it. Bolthouse must do things to serve The Hills, because she wasn't even qualified to get her first job, and to be promoted over someone who was more experienced within the company is dumb too.
