Natalie plays the shrewd and sharp-witted Margaery Tyrell, betrothed to the unpredictable King Joffrey in the third season.
The English actress is hot on our geek radar recently, in Game of Thrones and Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere radio play on BBC, which also includes Benedict Cumberbatch, James McAvoy, and Christopher Lee in the star-studded cast.
"There are two very strong parallels [between Game of Thrones and Neverwhere]. One is the multitalented quality of the cast. It's absurd how incredible the people on the shows are. And the second is the fan base and the support on social media," Natalie told us on the red carpet.
She's also a huge fan of Neil Gaiman: "I'm a geek when it comes to Neil Gaiman. I'd already read Neverwhere, American Gods, and Stardust. Gaiman is like a god — his Twitter is almost 2 million or something. It's incredible, that cult fantasy fan-base support. I've experienced that first with Thrones and now with Neverwhere, and it's such a joy to see that interest internationally via technology."
