Five Reasons to Love Twitter

Twitter is celebrating its fifth birthday this week, and in the past five years it's safe to say a lot has changed. (Beyond just the name, originally referred to as "twttr." We approve the addition of vowels!) In five years, Twitter has evolved into the service it is today: connecting people to friends, to valuable — even life-saving — information, and to others, like celebs, who would otherwise be unattainable.
