i also purchased a case on 9/17 and still haven't gotten it, so i've asked for a refund. I don't know if i'll ever see it or my money. don't use this company!

I, too, purchased a case from the Fabrix website (two weeks ago) and have yet to receive it. So, this afternoon I pulled up their website and discovered that all of the products have been taken down and replaced with a bunch of prescription drug names. i ordered a fabrix camera case on september 12, 2007 and i have yet to receive it. i have sent the site contact 3 e-mails and no one has responded. my pay pal account shows payment to recipient, chen deneng, on sept. 12/07. shipping to canada is estimated at 12-15 days, but this is far beyond that time period!!!!!!! this is ridiculous!
