It might be easier to get a Nintendo Wii these days, given the console has been widely released, but it's still a chore. If you're still hunting for one, check out the Wii Finder Widget from OuttaStock.com.

The Wii Finder is already one of the most popular Wii Finders on the Internet, but now, you no longer need to refresh the page or subscribe to the RSS feed. Simply install the Wii Finder Dashboard Widget and know exactly when Nintendo Wii are available online for purchase.

Even though I already have one, I check this widget obsessively because it cracks me up. Free and works for Mac OS X 10.4.

The only problem I ran into with these - even though they have an inventory, most stores have already handed out the tickets to reserve the Wii.
