Download of the Day: Pix Remix

Now that the camera has been improved on the iPhone 3GS (and subtly on the iPhone 3G), there's no better time for awesome camera apps.

My new fave is a collage and slideshow app, Pix Remix ($3). Pix Remix is great for sending a few photos at a time in a cute slideshow format; it just takes seconds to select the photos (up to eight) from your library or phone's camera roll, and then you just arrange the photos in whatever order you want (which is pretty intuitive itself).

Once your collage or slideshow is done, you can email it to someone (the recipient can view it on the web or in-app, if they have it, too), or you can add it to your Twitter of Facebook feed. Seriously, slideshows in seconds. Hook it up.
