Do You Like Designer Gadget Accessories?

A majority of you thought that the Louis Vuitton cell phone charm was way overpriced at $240. If you appreciate designer accessories and want something reasonably priced, feast your eyes on the signature stripe iPod case by Coach- which is only $88. Featured on CrunchGear, this stylish brass, khaki and gold colored case comes with a 12" strap and a gold dogleash clip. I enjoy finding unique designer accessories for my iPod and cell phone because they are just that - unique (and they're even better on sale!). What are your thoughts on designer accessories for your gadgets?

I got the most gorgeous pink Juicy Couture leather case (with gold chains and charms!) for my iPod shuffle (the old gen). Got it on shopbop.com in July but my iPod (which I named Satine) got stolen in late November :( *heartbroken*

Depends on whether it's cute or not. I don't just want them because they're designer, but I don't not like them just because they're designer either. Sometimes they get a little gaudy for me.

Only if you have extra money to splurge...I was thinking of getting an LV Bag for laptop before but I settle with ACME bag instead. Imagine on what other gadget I can splurge on at the cost of $ 1000 something LV bag.

I think it is a waste of money. It is just an IPOD or cell phone. Does it really determine your social status?

They are fabulous, but only if you have the money to buy them. I mean, it seems illogical to spend 88 dollars for something to carry your ipod in when you can spend 20 dollars on something cheaper and then spend the other 68 on a hot new piece of clothes. But if you totally have the money for it, I say, go for it.

i know, i know, there are fabulous, there are pretty and they are an icon of fashion, but come on, you can spend your money in an cheaper case and buy some clothes, is better, right?

I think it's over the top. It's like screaming "Pay attention to me! I spend money on useless things because I can afford to!"

i think they are all kinda ridicuolous. you already have the phone or the ipod...do you really need more??

Designer gadget accessories are nice, but I prefer decorating my gadgets myself.

i think its important to have a case protecting your ipod and a coach one is a nice treat for your birthday or Christmas present but i would never pay for a case more then my ipod example louis vuitton ... not saying its ugly or anything just to expensive for me

I would love them if I could afford to pay that much. For the normal person they are a bit overrated.

I dunno, if you don't see the tag I don't think its a designer thing, just looks like cheap leopard prints. I'd never buy it, making my own would be worth more.
