I just commented back on the house value thing, being a house hunter in pittsburgh right now....$150,000 can get you VERY far here. ButI just looked up their property on the allegheny county assessment site, you want to have your property value be lower because that is what your taxes are judged upon, and form looking at the picture on the assessment site vs. google they cleaned it up a big. I don't like that they are suing, but too bad. Maybe you shouldn't try to flip a house and get away with screwing people over.
