Coach Nylon Laptop Sleeve: Love It or Leave It?

Are "nylon" and "posh" mutually exclusive? I kind of thought so, until I saw the Varick Nylon Laptop Sleeve from Coach.

If your laptop is something you're taking to work, its lack of bright, bold pattern puts it in the more professional arena, and the luxe details like leather lining grow it up a little.

What do you think — is the black a nice, chic counterpoint to more crazy laptop sleeves, or is it just too plain to get you to spend $58?

Ehhh. To be honest, Prada killed any hope of nylon being chic for me. I don't mind it for computer bags and sleeves, but with the designer label it looks tacky.

Yeah I agree--its decent depending on the padding! I was at the Apple store yesterday and all of their sleeves were forty or more!

it is very cute and chic, however, i like my $15 laptop sleeve from urban outfitters that is much cuter than this boring one

Yikes, that's way too much. Mine cost twenty dollars, and for as often as I take my computer on field trips that was plenty.

It really depends on the protection. That's a decent price for a sleeve as long as it has the padding.

This is a must get for me. And the price I won't worry about. Employee discount will make it way less than that.

I associate sporty black nylon bags like this one with Prada. I don't think Coach can pull this one off.

Ooh, very cute! And I expected it to be a lot more money! Most of the lap top bags I have seen in Best Buy are around that price or more! I think it is a reasonable price.
