Beyonce is no stranger to the Nintendo DS — last year she professed her love for the portable console and the beat-based game Rhythm Heaven. Now the superstar is lending her sense of fashion to the gaming world as she partners with Style Savvy to bring five new designs from her House of Deréon collection to virtual fashion boutiques. Players can choose between 16 different designer labels (adding up to 10,000 items) to stock their virtual shelves, and soon, anyone with an Internet connection can add five items from Beyonce's label to their stores (pieces from Charlotte Ronson's collection are already available to download). Although Beyonce can see her designs in high-end stores all over the world, she says she loves seeing the virtual versions in the game as well:
Style Savvy is all about creativity and fashion, both of which are really important to me. I love that I get to become a stylist and take over my own boutique, and it’s so much fun to see some of my Deréon designs added to the mix.
Style Savvy launched in November, but Beyonce's designs can be downloaded early this year.
