My first reaction to this Alien Projector from Etsy seller rarebeasts is a little bit skittish — I may have some residual creepies regarding that image left over from my younger X-Files days.

That shape of the head that shines onto your chosen surface (at a Halloween party? Geek wedding? Typical Saturday night chillaxing?) is unmistakably alien, and as simple as it is, it pretty much freaks me out.

For $45, he has one unblinking expression and is probably heralding an attack. But don't ask me why, I'm kinda into it.
