I like the idea of keeping my cell phone cords nice and tidy but I don't know if I'd want to use a big box to hide them. Discussed on 7Gadgets, this Contactbox will hide your chargers and electric cords and keep them well protected from children and pets, but I'd rather use something half this size. What I do like about it is the fact that it includes a six way multiple plug and you can easily pull cords through the top to attach to your gadgets. It also reminds me of the Pottery Barn Smart Tech line, which can help feng shui any decor. Priced at $106 each. Is it chic or too geek?

it's an interesting idea, but it's kind of ugly. we just have what we call "cord drawer" in one of the dressers where all the cords/chargers/etc sit until they need to be used.
1That's such a great idea!
2Love it!
3I like the Idea
4I agree with kitkatherine. It's definitely ugly. I also have a drawer specifically for cords/chargers/etc. It works well.
5hideous!
6it seems like a good idea - I can always use something to help with wire management - but this does look a little too large to be useful
7i think that something like that takes up more space than it saves - so i'm not into it
8I like the things made for this, but that one is ugly. I also LOVE the flat surfaces you just set them on to recharge them.
9I think that's a pretty good idea too
10My kitty LOVES to play with ours and this would keep them out of kitties paws!
Too expensive and too big!
11It's definitely ugly, but the idea is nice. I've seen this thing called a charging station that looks like a valet (the thing men use on the dresser) and it was much nicer. The cords were concealed inside the box and there were places for the phones and other electronics to rest in. It had room to put other stuff too and it was nice.
I found one at Brookstone. GeekSugar, you might want to check this one out. It's geek chic.

12Good idea, but I don't like that.
13LOVE IT!
14i think it looks amazing.
totally hides those nasty cable wires
Ugly, cumbersome and overpriced.
15I think it's a good idea.. but not for that price. I'd rather just make one myself. It wold be a lot cheaper and probably not that hard to do.
