Judging from the gigantic rock on his finger, I'm going to assume he could have covered the entire thing with diamonds like the Motorola V3i if he really wanted. With a price tag most likely ranging from $10,000 to $15,000, chump change for Williams, we'll try to refrain from putting it on our Christmas wish lists this year.
