The next time you decide to throw on your fairy godmother princess outfit, dip into your drag queen makeup stash, and throw back a few Bud Lights, think twice before you post your pics on Facebook. Kevin Colvin an intern at Anglo Irish Bank recently got busted for posting this incriminating photo on his Facebook profile. Okay so we've all had our moments, especially on Halloween, but Kevin had emailed his boss the previous day to say he'd be out for a "family emergency." According to Valleywag, Colvin missed work to attend the Halloween party. No word on whether he was fired, although his boss did bcc the entire email convo to the company, with the scandalous pics attached — ouch!

that sucks for him

i do not feel sorry for him. what a fool!
Haha his own damn fault!
This is why I don't have a facebook page or myspace page.
i think it's busch light
While skipping work was wrong, I don't think it's fair for employers to scan your page and fire you. It's like their watching everything you post just waiting to fire you. That was his page and he should be able to post what he wants and not think about being fired. Although I wonder what privacy setting he had on because if he didn't safeguard the site before hand then he was just asking to be watched.
hahahahahaha
what a douche!
What an idiot!
leeluv I think the article said a friend posted it on their page - so it wasn't even his facebook profile - which sucks even more because you really can't control what pictures of YOU your friends post ---- yet another reason I hate facebook and myspace.
I don't feel sorry for this guy, this is hilarious!!
Haha! He lied to his employers and how they found out was unusual, but he deserved to be fired.
that is the best costume EVER.
fire him.
You can control what pics your friends put up of you, it's called untagging.
he shdnt have lied abt it in the first place and have all these photographic evidence lying around
that's why i dun have any my space, facebook or friendster stuff.
horrible... funny though

Yeah, sorry, I don't feel bad for this guy. He was dishonest and got caught lying. If I were his boss, you bet I'd fire him. I wouldn't send that email around to everyone, though — seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
That's what he gets for lying to his bosses! They should fire him.
Oh snap! Good thing I don't have a Facebook! rofl!
And too top it off, he wasn't even drinking a nice Newcastle or Bud Light. It was Busch Light... Total rager!!!
What a moron...
Oh well. Maybe now he'll be honest when requesting time off. That's what vacation and personal day are for.
While it's awful that he lied, what does that have to do with the boss snooping on Facebook. Those are two completely different things. I'm actually less worried about the lying, and more worried about the privacy invasion!!!
it's easy to forget that your online life is not private - and other people, including people you know, can be watching you!
that is just too hilarious! too bad for him though.. ouch!
